Facts are almost meaningless in ideological warfare. Only emotion, group-think, intent, relentless execution of your plan, & dedication to your ideals. It's not a rational playing field, as we all recognize, but we have banged our heads against the wall trying to reach out or show people the truth.

As long as we fight this battle on the ideological battlefield with art, music, emotion, and a call to arguments that can't be argued, we win. We already know that mass shootings are so rare, that they are considered statistically insignificant, but the left uses the intensity of the moment logical fallacy to push their agenda, politicizing the grief and mourning of families who have been struck by the acts of evil. If you try to argue against it, you're demonized.



Every time we try to use facts to back our argument, we're throwing them in the face of someone who is already emotionally-sold to a certain concept. It isn't the guns that hooked them into the liberal template of anti-gun rage, it was the fact that someone had the power to choose when to take life against society's norms. Basically, they hate it when someone violates the Judeo-Christian value of, "Thou shalt not kill."...especially en masse against innocent victims. The anti-gun leftists use that common value, then amplify it by stating that these assault weapons are specifically designed (intent) for mass killings (of innocent people). They then relentlessly repeat the message (dedication), and never quit. The theory in ideological warfare is that if you continue this, you will eventually break your enemy, even if you do it incrementally. 1934 NFA, 1968 GCA, 1986 Hughes Amendment, 1989 CA AWB, 1994 Clinton AWB, etc.

If 10,000 inner-city kids are killed every year, but are doing it to each other with handguns, they are less upset about it. If murderous warlords in Africa decide to launch a genocidal campaign of subhuman butchery against the Hutu's ot Tutsi's, not big deal, as long as our liberal media shelters us from the images and facts. In the Clinton WH, they had a rule in the NSC and foreign relations staff not to use the "G" word, because it would obligate the US to intervene in Rwanda according to our charter with the UN. A single battalion of 82nd could have stopped that whole campaign with a show of force, but Clinton chose to pretend it didn't happen. Why?

If their current political messiah decides to send untold numbers of real military weapons to narco-terrorist drug cartels in Mexico, where fear is spread by beheading your victims and their families to show them what will happen if they don't comply, or are just caught at the wrong time on a bus, it's best if they don't hear about that, and their pravda propaganda old media network makes sure they don't have to hear or see anything about it, even when his own ATF senior officials' guns are found at the crime scenes.

I've reduced ultra-liberals to tears in Europe, just explaining what went on in the Clinton Administration from my inner perspective of those insane days of scandal after scandal. They have been told nothing but butterflies and puppy dogs swimming in rainbow juice regarding the Clintons, and when they hear what I experienced and know, they feel that it isn't partisan BS. I had a debate with a editor of a leftist news paper on line from Helena about banning semi auto rifles yesterday. He would consistently use England's firearm murder rate compared to the U.S. as his only weapon for his argument. After a complete shut down with fact's and reality checks he did the typical tactic of name calling. When he responded to the 56 million people murdered in the last century after being disarmed he used the term complex clause. Definition: the effect is caused by a number of objects or events, of which the cause identified is only a part. So I said 56 million people being murdered after being disarmed by their governments was probably only a small factor. He replied sarcastically yes. So I replied the murders in Connecticut by semi automatic firearms was also complex clause. The AR-15 was only a small factor in the murders. The reply's then were only condescending remarks and references to body parts. Trying to reason with progressives is pointless, but if challenged their only hope is to get their opponent angry with insults. As they say," you can take a liberal to logic but you can't make them think". As a foot note, he is also a high school speech and debate teacher. And people wonder why so many of our kids today are messed up.

What is lost on these hoplophobes is that their "ban" even if completely implemented would have no effect on the bad guys. How, when every day bales of drugs are smuggled in, can a ban work? There are tons of REAL AKs just waiting for the right bidder. The cartels seem to revel in gunning down people and the gangs love of warring over "territory" seems endless. Do they really want our citizens disarmed?

Back a few year ago two wanna be Muslims with ONE rifle put Washington in paralysis. People were afraid to put gas in their cars. Now when Israel finally acts against Iran we will no doubt see some real terrorists killing innocents.

Switzerland has the highest "assault weapon" ownership rates in the world...since Switzerland has no standing army, every male aged 20 goes through military training and is a member of the militia until age 30 (if not longer). They are issued SIG 550 rifles (officers and medical personnel also get SIG P220s) that are kept at HOME.

Switzerland has one of the lowest murder rates in Europe, and one of the lowest murder rates in the world (0.7 per 100,000 inhabitants).

The wanker editor I debated had a chart on his news paper showing the death rate, not murder rate by firearms in Europe. It had Switzerland second under the U.S.. He pointed that out to me in his normal nasty style. I pointed out he forgot to put
England on the chart, because it would have been in second place under the U.S. with Switzerland being under his favorite example of why gun bans work country. The way progressives cherry pick the facts is shameless. Like I have said before the problem is not with our argument it is the mob mentality that is occurring now, fueled up by the 24, seven anti gun news outlets. My neighbor told me they need to ban assault weapons because of the bla bla murders. I asked him if he still owned his lugar pistol and shot guns and he stated he did. I showed him the FBI data on all murders, handgun murders 6009, shot gun murders 373, all rifle murders 358. The look on his face was priceless. I then told him this is not about gun control but people control. I wonder if anybody pays attention to anything anymore.
