LBC Four-Position Free Float Handguard, Thoughts?

Can anyone jump in with an opinion on these handguards? How about the quality of LBC products and their customer service?

I have the super-varmint 264 lbc the workmanship is great. have ordered three or four times for ammo. had a tech question and the ladies said hold on a minute. waited about 20 seconds and Les baer himself got on the phone.Cant get better than that.And my questions were answered. After telling my friend about that and my rifle he ordered the les baer premium 2 super tact 1 1/2 groups at fifty yards. paid over 2,000 and has thanked me many times.oh yea ammo came in 4 days

Quality is excellent but they are heavy and large diameter.

The LBC quad rail handguards are pretty old school, even by 2003-2004 standards. As mentioned, they're heavy with a large OD. Les Baer rifles are awesome, however.
