NOW HEAR THIS:
I posted a piece yesterday about the grendel being a "paper puncher" only as some would have you to beleive. In that piece I stated that I fired 11 rounds and harvested 10 deer cleanly and missed 1 (I hate that word) in the last week and a part. Before someone thinks I'm and outlaw, I need to say they were legal. I work as a deer control agent.

Sounds like you had some fun. I've downed quite a few hogs with my Grendel and a couple deer. I can tell you none of them thought the caliber they were shot with was just a paper puncher.

Deer hunter, I lived in Elkridge when I worked in DC. Never tried to get a hunting license there, I had a hard enough time getting a drivers license. Had my license from AZ when I transferred my lease agreement, government employee ID, and VA Veteran hospital photo ID. They still wanted my birth certificate!!! I said I guess it would have been easier if I had been an illegal. Immigrant. One smiled and the other person failed.to see the humor

Got 8 more deer today. Two at extended range: 1@525 yards and 1@ 599yards. Not too bad for a "paper-punching" round huh !!

vanguard, not much better in Florida. Just to get a motorcycle endorsment on my existing license I needed my birth certificate, social security card, and two proofs of residency.. it was easier getting my concealed carry permit

I'm using 123 A-Max on top of 28.5 gr. IMR8208XBR. Getting 2474 fps. Really does a great job for me.

No, I,m a private contractor, certified by DNR as one of their ""Sharp-shooters"". There are only about 15 of us in the whole state. Quite a long process (14 months) to do all the requirements.
