This is a new unused in factory condition alexander arms upper for any mil-spec ar-15 lower receiver. It has a 16" M4 profile barrel. charging handle and bolt carrier group. It comes with one magazine and owners manual.

That looks like a pretty good deal would I be able to get out to around 600 yards and be accurate with the 16" barrel?
