The title says it all, after reading the Hodgdon LVR Grendel data I thought it would be interesting to see where your loads stand with the "professionals" hard data.
LVR was on my short list to give a go and with being new to this game having some verified PSI#'s and safe starting point will be helpful, this got me thinking about Y'All that have been at this a while and how what you thought/knew was safe. having learned from this site that the Grendel does not necessarily show visible signs at max working PSI has made me rightly overcautious.
So how did your work up process hold up?

My gut feeling is Lever is going to be too slow for that light of a projectile. Looking at the Barnes data, most of the loads are compressed with much faster powders. RL 15 is the slowest of the bunch and its considerably faster than lever and still a compressed load. OTOH, Lever might be a surprise!

TAC is an excellent, versatile, Grendel powder. Does well with most of the more popular Grendel projectile weights. 85-130 grns! And its usually easy to find and cheaper than other more popular powders! The knock is its temperature sensitive! Under 600 yards, who cares? Doesnt matter!

For me, h335 produces about 60fps more than the same charge of Tac with a 123sst. Tac is slightly more accurate of of my Howa mini. LVR is on my shortlist to test. Not sure I need the added velocity. Ive put two does down at about 45 yards with the h335 load and the furthest one made it was 20y.

TAC is the Jack of all trades powder in the Grendel! Its not the fastest on either end but, its one of the most versatile, across the projectile weight board!
H335 is a personal favorite (cheap and usually available) with the lighter projectiles, 85-107 and LVR with the heavier stuff, 120-130!
31.7-32.0 H335 under a Speer 90 TNT is hard to beat in the Grendel for a general purpose plinking/varmint/predator/hog round. Id argue, if it works on 250 lb hogs, itll also work on 250 lb deer! LVR and 120 Gold Dots is another favorite on the heavier end.
