Maybe if your velocity is inside published velocities for your bullet weight then maybe its just soft brass and or a natural part of gas gun cycling, which is pretty hard on cases. If your not getting any other signs of pressure maybe just chalk it up to the abuse of gas gun operation and call it good.

That's where I landed. Some of the loads threw cases back into the 5:30 angle with pretty short travel. Primer pockets are tiight also but I did notice my ejector pin spring is a tough son of a gun. Very hard to compress. May take a coil or two off it.
