Shilen Barrel Request...

I have searched this site a few times, but am not having much luck...Could someone post a good close up photo, or a link that shows a good photo of the Shilen Barrel upgrade that you can get from Alexander Arms...I ordered the upgrade, I just want to see what I am getting from an aesthetic perspective...Thanks guys! (and gals)

Edit...A good explaination would work in place of a photo....

if nobody posts ill take a up close pic of mine when i pick it up from my builder i had the upgraded 24 incher and the bead blasted finish but ill keep you posted

I have the AWS with the 24 in. Shilen barrel in black. Not much to tell other than barrel is turned down a little just before muzzle brake. Looks and shoots real nice, you will be satisfied. Bill Alexander said to look for a "S" stamped just to the rear of gas block.

There is really nothing to look at. Black bead blasted slightly tapered threaded barrel. Now if you want accuracy then you have something to talk about.

Kinda like the other guys said, nothing much to note on the outside (appearance wise). Here is an AA based build I did with a Shilen for a guy at work. Crappy cell phone pic (he wanted to see his gun quickly...LOL)
