Federal Judge Blocks ‘Assault Weapons’ Ban in Colorado County

A Biden appointed judge issued a temporary injunction stopping the ban on AR-15 weapons today in a Colorado county. Says that this is a result of the SCOTUS ruling on the NY permit law.
