That includes all the stuff I had to do before it got to the BATFAE.

I E-filed a form-4 trust with silencershop.com for two suppressors, one pistol and one rifle. I bought them online at silencershop.com end of January, did picture online, finger prints at local FFL kiosk, and then certified online at home with the BATFAE while on the phone with my local FFL. Got my approval for them 3 days apart end of April.

I hope I get my approval that quick. I too purchased from Silencershop and did the e-file. They told me they were averaging 150 days. I filed my paperwork 5/21/2022 A coworker bought his conventionally from an FFL and mailed the paperwork to the ATF and it took 11 months.

The SiCo Sparrow is nice. There may be better options, but it does a good job and works pretty well on everything I have run it on. I like it quite a bit. In the hunt for a second 22lr can though, and its leaning towards DA Mask or TBAC Takedown.

Update.

I got my notification of submission from the ATF, eform 4 “Individual”, back on May 28th. At the time my LGS was quoting real world 120-150 days! Next week will be 180+. I called my LGS yesterday and he’s quoting more like 250+ days now! So, in less than a year it went from supposedly less than 90 days filing with the “eform” to over 250 now! Unreal!

What I have noticed is that each month the average wait time increases by one month.

How I see it; they got slammed in March. When the few of us that filed in Jan actually got their stuff in 3 months and told the world (like me). Everyone else who ever wanted a silencer jumped in (like me for a 22 can). They have yet to clear the March - April backlog let alone May, June July....

I have two Banish 223s and a Banish 30 in jail now. All submitted with electronic form 4. The Silencer Central website says electronic form 4 submittals Feb & Mar 2022 are currently getting approved, so my wait time should be 8-9 months from now.

Sorry, I don't like to post pics. Original plan was for a 300bo pistol, but the way things are going I might have to get rid of that barrel. I do have a ruger American rimfire rifle and might ad a ruger American 300bo.
I'm sure I'll try it out on the 2 grendel barrels I have when it warms up a bit.
