I have a 7.62 AAC on my grendel now but the weight and length is a bit much. Recommendations? This primarily a hunting rifle.

20 OZ is just about the heaviest out there.

Any 30 cal titanium would be a big improvement.

Dead Air Nomad Ti is well liked 6.5" 9.6oz

Dead Air Nomad L Ti is a tad quieter, but wasted on a semi-auto (port pop / sound level at shooters ear) 8.4" 12.6oz

First thing comes to mind is Thunderbeast Ultra 7 for 6.5mm in titanium at 8 oz. Not for full-auto or even semi-auto mag dumps, but well-respected for hunting and controlled fire in something like a PRS match.

For a hunting rifle, the TBAC Ultra 5 is great and only weighs 5.4 oz on my scale.
NRA Basic, Pistol, Rifle, Shotgun, RSO

I have had great performance with a SiCo Omega 300. With standard Grendel loads I still get the super sonic crack but it's still giggly quiet.

Otter Creek Labs is making some good suppressors (looking at TBAC tests on SnipersHide) . I have a PR65L in jail.

The current model is the Hydrogen L in 6.5. 12 oz.
