What's going on guys, I am new to the forum.
I built my 6.5 Grendel almost two years ago... I enjoy it very much as it's a fun caliber compared to my other rifles.
It's a BCA upper with a 20" fluted stainless barrel, grendel hunter muzzle brake and a few goodies.
I am a bit concerned about the future of this caliber. As some of you may know Wolf has discontinued production of the steel ammo because of the presidential sanction on Russian ammo and new brass ammunition is about $1.75 a round, so I guess I won't be mag dumping as much as I like to.
On top of that, Ballistic Advantage has discontinued making barrels as well. So hopefully this community is strong and it won't fade out like other random calibers over the years. I guess I'll have to find a buddy around here or one of you guys to reload some rounds for me since I'm saving all the Hornady brass I shoot from time to time. I doubt I'll get into reloading since I respect the science enough to let you, the experts do all the work.
