Id curve the font like the circle, 6.5 above the head, Grendel below in an arc, I think that would be cool

I like the red eyes but I would keep the 6.5 Grendel writing away from the logo as it will look clustered - especially once you shrink the logo and embroid it to fit the size of the hat. 6.5 Grendel writing would work better on the back of the hat IMO.
