Extractor Problems

I will preface this response by saying I haven't actually shot my new build yet, I just got the magazines I ordered in yesterday.

I was testing the magazines feeding by cycling a few rounds and they were not extracting at all. They would freely dump out of the chamber when tilted, so it wasn't a chamber issue.

I took the extractor apart and there was that little rubber doughnut sitting on the extractor spring. I experimented by pulling it off and my dry cycling now results in perfectly extracted rounds.

Mine is a brand new, never fired, Brownells bolt.

AA replicated my problem within the first 8 test shots after receiving my rifle back. AA replaced the bolt group and also recut the chamber. Got a shaving or two off the chamber, but i don't think the chamber was the issue. Something was not working right with the extractor, and I received a whole new bolt group as a result. I have not yet shot the returned rifle, but customer service from AA has been excellent.
