Upper has less than 60 rounds fired and functions 100% with factory and custom loads.

Upper clean and in excellent condition. With minimal testing this rifle shot an average of 1-1.5 MOA with both factory and hand loads. Might do a little better with a good trigger and load development, but 1-1.5 MOA was all I needed for night hunting with an IR laser.

I built this rifle using the following NEW parts:

Alexander Arms 16" Fluted Barrel with PF NOX FS
Chrome Full-Auto Profile with Chrome Bolt (forget who but very smooth/nice)
Square Forge Upper with Standard Charge Handle
Seekins Free Float Rail with rails at 3:00, 6:00, and 9:00
Seekins Adjustable Gas Block
