Which buffer tube for JP silent spring?

I bit the bullet and bought a JP Enterprises gen 2 silent captured spring system for an ar-15 6.5 Grendel I’m building and was wondering what buffer tube should I use? Does it matter? I haven’t purchased a stock yet but will probably go with a standard magpul. I’m new to this blog and I really appreciate any help.

i have 3 of those, each in a different buffer tube, all milspec. it really doesn't matter as to brand.

Anyone you like. It works in any carbine tube and also works in a rifle tube with a spacer.

Thanks! I went with a Vltor buffer tube. This is my first build and I went with a Alexander 6.5 Grendel 18” upper. I will post pictures when I get it finished.

You chose wisely, Vltor is the only buffer tube I will use on my builds. Many buffer tubes are poorly made with improper threading. Even a poorly threaded receiver will benefit with a Vltor..
