We are adding to our three-prong Alpha flash suppressor model a Bravo version for those who requested a closed-end muzzle device.
The MONSTER Ultralite Alpha has sold out and a new batch is in production, along with the brand new Ultralite Bravo.
These are designed to have a sleek, modern look with a small diameter of just 0.740, which mates perfectly with a MONSTER barrel in either 6.5 Grendel or 6mm ARC. This allows a gas block to slide over the muzzle device without needing to remove it, and also keeps the weight down. These weigh less than a standard A2 but are much, much more effective.

So happy to hear this. Getting the muzzle hung up on brush, grass. twigs is the last thing I want to worry about when using a rifle! What is the latest estimate in availability?

BFT, you certain that these will take a 14.5 over 16? Seems when I do the math they are short as about .6" on the barrel and MD need to be subtracted for the final length due to threading overlap which would be about 15.65", no?

Maybe I'm missing something, IDK.
My threads are .575" from muzzle to shoulder. BTF's 3 prong flash hider is 2.25". I get 1.675" Math aside, my Lilja measures 16" bolt face to muzzle. With BTF's flash hider it measures 17 11/16.

Wrapping my numb nuts around this, barrel 14.5 oa less threads .575 = 13.925 to the shoulder. Flash hider 2.25 less threads .575+/- = 1.675, which leaves me with 15.6, granted this does not account for the use of shims or crush washer which could possibly tighten the numbers up a bit but is still a starting difference of .4+ short and that would be a lot of shims. Both the barrel and FH overlap each other, what am I missing here?
I wouldn't use a cw on a pin and weld to start.
ETA: as to not wanting to make an additional post, thanks biodsl I was stuck in a double over lap of the male and female parts as the FH picks up were the the shoulder stops.
You're subtracting .575 twice, which is what's messing you up. 13.925 + 2.25 = 16.175.
Another way: 14.5 + 2.25 = 16.75. Minus .575 (the overlap) = 16.175.
