Hello from my not-so-free state of Connecticut!

Interested in Grendel as an alternative to building a larger format AR10. Have some AR15 format receivers lying around and figured why not try it out.

I love the idea of the Grendel but noticed that parts seem hard to come by (well, even harder than most other stuff). Im not in a huge rush, but any tips on where to go/stalk/spam to end up with decent parts at decent prices?

Brownell’s sell Criterion and Faxon 6.5 Grendel barrels along with Brownell’s house brand which recently were manufactured by Faxon. Brownell’s has been getting barrels so a good idea to get on the email notification. The Grendel Monster logo barrels manufactured by Green Mountain are made to Blunt Force Trauma’s spec and sold on SixFiveArms. I bought a 12” and like it plus have a 16” & 18” Faxon barrels from earlier batches. There are 6.5 Grendel bolts on order and will be delivered any day. These are high quality bolts at a very reasonable price.
