Shaw barrel build

Found out about these Shaw barrels from a old timer at the range, he said they had them on sell and he bought one and the barrel cut his groups in half!!...1” to .5 I looked at Shaw’s site and sure enough they were 30% off I think it was like $145, heck why not, with further inspection I see that these are type I barrels and use the 7.63x39 bolts which I have on another gun but I’ll probably just go ahead and buy a new bolt sooner than later but my question is most of the firing pins in these newer 7.62x39 bcg come with “enhanced firing pins” to have more reliable strikes on the harder to lite steel case ammo. Could I use a 7.62x39 bolt with enhanced fp or do I need to use a grendel fp?

Grendel fp? Grendel uses standard ar15 length firing pins.

I’d try a mil spec AR-15 firing pin first. The hardest primers in 6.5 Grendel are probably Wolf Military Classic steel cased 100 grain FMJ. I’ve never had a failure to fire with Wolf steel cased Berdan primers or any AR-15 6.5 Grendel I’ve been around regardless of the type of trigger.
