There is a paper on Ammoguide.com that describes tapered throats, the Grendel, and suggestions for bullet makers for optimizing bullets. The discussion gives some insight for handloaders too:

Yes thanks for putting this together.
Would there be a list of bullets to avoid, that say, go beyond these recommendations? So we as handloaders might know which ones to stay away from. I mention those that dont follow, as opposed to those that do, b/c its probably a shorter list.

If "stay away from" means the bullet generally turns in poor accuracy AND that we are committed to send queries to the manufacturer about the accuracy issue, THEN compiling a list of poor performing bullets might make sense.
The query will give the bullet makers a chance to give advice we as a community have so far overlooked and give them chance to make changes to their design and manufacturing processes.
Absent contrary guidance from the moderators, mentioning those bullets in this thread is, in my view, an appropriate part of the discussion about bullet design guidance and handloading tips.
