By the way I "Told the Chairman" Ruger needed a 6mmARC Predator.

I "Told the Chairman" that they needed to bring back a 9mm carbine that took Glock mags, and offer a threaded version of the 77/44, and what do you know? Just like magic, here they are.... several years later. Hopefully they crank out your suggestion a bit sooner, in addition to a 6mm ARC Predator, an AR mag fed Ranch version could be pretty neat.

Well RCC has listed brass for the 6mm ARC, expensive but they do make some very good brass in calibers it is very hard to find or make your wildcat brass for you

I would not pay that for this brass either but there are some cartridges I would. Ever make 30 Herrett brass? There are some older cartridges you cannot find brass for and custom shops are about the only way to shoot some of those rifles.

Anyway, looks like the teaser video for the 6mm ARC introduction, a poster on the hide noted that the letters shown during the narration are A R C.

I've resisted a Howa Mini Action for years. Chambered in 6mm ARC, resistance would be futile. I'll take mine in a 20" HB.

Ruger has typically been Hornady's rifle partner and I'm sure it'll be the case this time. Ruger still makes ARs, right?

Chatting with my reamer vendor today, they say they've been making 6mmARC reamers for about 8 months now. What?!? To me, this just shows that Hornady is gonna do it right when they roll out this new cartridge. My guess is they've already lined up entities like Ruger and everybody's gonna make a big splash.

Only problem, for me, is reamer makers are swamped and my reamers are still months out even though I ordered them almost as soon as someone posted up the SAAMI specs!

I hope ruger is on board, AR use is my main interest in this round, but a compact stick shift in a sweet shooting round that sips powder and bucks the wind, but delivers enough thump for antelope/deer could be pretty neat.

I know this is going to cost me some money but hopefully the brass ends up as available and close in price to 6.5 Grendel.
