Recommended parts list for build your own 12" upper?

Hey all, I'm looking to build a 12" Grendel for my first AR. Could anyone recommend a complete upper parts list for that endeavor?

I'd like to keep it under $450 or try to get a deal or spend for the best bang for the buck. I don't mind if budget parts mixed in or going over if it's worth it or a reasonable upgrade, which I know might be subjective.
I'd had my eye on the PSA 12" upper but they just sold out yesterday. Hopefully I can build something more accurate or reliable as a do it all pistol for target/range shooting, defense/shtf, hunting, plinking with wolf, etc.

The only things I have so far is:

Barrel: 12" Faxon (seems to be the only one in stock) or possibly the Monster group buy barrel.
Bolt: Monster group buy when it's back in stock?

Other than that, I'm not sure what else I would should get. A parts list of parts for a build that you'd recommend, at least as a place to start, would be awesome.

I recently bought upper parts from several vendors. I could not believe how quickly they arrived. The group buy 1-7.5 twist 12 inch Monster barrel and bolt only took 2 or 3 days to arrive. The barrel looks really good and passed the drop a round in and out of chamber test also no problems hand feeding from magazine, have not fired a round yet. Other parts came from Primary Arms (Aero upper, gas tube, Foxtrot Mike Handguard), B Kings (tool craft bolt, KAK flash can), Joe Bobs (Warne MSR scope mount), Optics Planet(Burris scope), AR15Discounts (gas block)... All at my door in 2-3 days after ordering

I’ve gotten stripped upper receivers,hand guards ,foward assist, gas tube and dust cover from delta team tactical.I prefer troy low profile gas blocks,which I usually get on optics planet.
I’ve even gotten a few side charging AR15 upper recievers and 15” hand guards from BCA. Save money and are as good as any.
