Trying out another 6.5 cartridge?

Been reloading since around 1980. Have a couple of rifles in 6.5 Swede, a 6.5-284 NORMA and a 6.5 CM. Looking hard at trying out 6.5 Grendel- I am thinking bolt action, I am not much into ARs, my interests are mostly load development for accuracy and a little bit of hunting/varminting/plinking. My 6.5 CM is an AR10, considering selling it to finance a Grendel bolt action.

Reading here for a while, thanks for putting up lots and lots of 6.5 information.

If going bolt action I suggest either the howa or the CZ grendel.

I own 6 CZ bolt action rifles already, so a CZ is my most likely choice- But which one? There are at least 4 models of the CZ 527in 6.5 Grendel!

Got four CZ 527s, a CZ 550 and a 28" barrel 452 Lux in .22LR.

I only have experience with the varmint model I got a few weeks back.

I dropped it into a bell and carlson stock and adjusted the trigger for zero pre and after travel and set the pull weight as low as it would go.

It's the most accurate out of the box rifle I have ever owned. Don't use the set trigger feature much.

Have a lil mag feeding issue I'm working through right now but other then that one issue the mags feed fine.
