12 PSA barrel I bought here. Matrix upper and rail. Milspec lower. Old Bushnell sportview. Runs just fine.
Sighted in with Hornady Black 123's at 2 1/2 inches low at 195 yds.

that flash can looks like a tight fit to the rail?
What rail is that?

Matrix 13" . flash can has clearance but not much. I have a linear comp on the way. 20MOA nikon scope mount and Leopold 1.5-4 fire dot on the way also
