I was checking the zero on my 18" tree stand Grendel and the extractor broke. I called BCA and gave them my order number, had a tracking # before the day was over and a new extractor the next day.(no charge) I've owned the rifle for about a year now.
The original extractor had the sharp corners, I noticed this and should have taken it out to smooth them before using it but didn't. The new extractor came with them smoothed out nicely ready to install. Of course rifle was still on from last year, but I like the confidence that rechecking gives me.
I'm happy and ready to go for hunting season.

BCA seems to be establishing a great reputation for customer service. I had two similar good experiences.

You have to be the best in the business CS to offset the worst in the business Grendel barrels.

Ha. The two I have shoot great..... I think some people can't admit they are the problem, not the barrel.

Can't argue with multiple reports of short chambers and throats that will not chamber factory ammo, nevermind owners that have other rifles that shoot sub MOA groups side by side with a BCA launching 2" of the same round.

Y'all continue to dislike them because of other people's reports and I'll continue to like them from my personal experience. �� It's not like other much more expensive makers haven't put out short throated Grendel's, lol.

I have complained about some companies and praised other companies based on my experience. I guess that is just the way things are with everyone.

I've got no problem with someone else buying a BCA, it's their money and this is capitalism after all.
But I'm not going to spend any more or waste any time with them, I went 2 and out.
To those that do I hope your barrels turn out good..... just don't hold your breath; it's kinda like playing the lottery, one person wins and millions lose.

I had a pleasant experience with a broken extractor. I gave them a call and they sent me another. Even offered over the phone if I needed a new bolt as well. Hind sight being 20/20 should have said yes and started another grendel build.
