After getting back from the range, shooting suppressed, it's nice to finally have an option for cleaning the chamber that is meant to work with 6.5 Grendel in the AR15.
Anybody get their chamber brushes yet today?

I use a chamber brush on each AR I have after a range trip ... now the Grendel can get the same attention and Yeah the carbon can build up on ya quick suppressed so it’s best to clean it when you have time. I try to use a little bit of Fireclean from time to time and I hear bore butter works good too.

Residents that bought my old house have been enjoying mine since Saturday..LOL...Bet that was a confusing delivery. As in WHAT THE HECK IS A GRENDEL AND WHY DOES IT NEED A BRUSH?

We've had 2 orders already where the address needed to be updated.
One caught it in advance before we shipped and we were able to take care of it with a refund/re-order after they updated their zip code.
I like to ship anything I have in inventory ASAP.

When I ran my 12" suppressed with the gas adjustment fully open, it left a lot of fouling inside my upper and chamber, which is pretty normal for unadjusted suppressed firing.
I put some bore cleaner in there, and ran my new Grendel chamber brush on a cleaning rod section in the drill, then let the chamber soak with more carbon remover.
With the gas adjusted to suppressed position, I don't see all the soot on my brass like with the first firings, which is very cool.
I'm glad I have a 6.5 Grendel chamber brush option now. Makes life a little easier.
