Anybody here use bootlegs adjustable carrier on their 6.5g? I want to order one but i read that some have had fitment issues with some bolts specifically the brownells bolts. Not sure how the bolts didnt fit. I cant see why one would or wouldn’t as they should all be the same dimensions between these particular fits. I have JP, AA and group buy bolts and would like to know if anyone has any experience with this carrier with these bolts. Thanks in advance.

I own one, came with a rifle and unknown bolt.

LRRP52 also uses his, and IIRC with the Group buy bolt - could be wrong.

Just dropped an AA hard use bolt into my Bootleg carrier and dropped it into my 22" Lilja Grendel.

Slides into battery with no issues, retracts from battery.

What fitment problems were you talking about? I remember someone having an issue, but I think it ended up being some other component that was causing them problems.

It was something i saw on arfcom. Only said it was a brownells bolt. Nothing more specific in that thread. If y’all are using them with AA and group buy bolts then I’m not worried about it.
