Well, there was 1 death, originally at least, and that was the shooter. There were three injured by the shooter. That is 4 casualties. The term casualty includes those that are injured or killed, as in battle.

Nasim Aghdam has been identified by law enforcement officials as the woman who shot three people at YouTube headquarters on Tuesday, ABC News and NBC News report. Aghdam, 39, was a resident of Riverside, California. San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini said Tuesday evening the female assailiant died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound. The shooting is reportedly being investigated as a domestic dispute after officials said the assailant shot her boyfriend. Two women were hospitalized with gunshot wounds, San Francisco General Hospital said.

Under the broad definition of 4 or more people injured this will be counted as a mass shooting.

All of her social media chsnnels seem to have been deleted or removed, she had her own website currently still available (http://www.nasimesabz.com/index.html) where she has been promoting her videos on Veganism, Excercise, in English, Turkish and Farsi (Iran/Persia) and has posted her issue with YouTube policies.

Citing one video that has since been removed, Aghdam wrote: “This video got age restricted after new close-minded youtube employees, got control of my farsi youtube channel last year 2016 & began filtering my videos to reduce views & suppress & discaurage me from making videos!”

According to the Bay Area News Group, Aghdam's car was located in Mountain View, Google's hometown, hours before the shooting.

Her family in Riverside County, in Southern California, had reported her missing. Her father, Ismail Aghdam, told police that she might be headed to YouTube as she "hated" the company. The elder Aghdam confirmed what was already in his daughter's videos, that she was "angry" over perceived censorship of her videos by YouTube.

San Bruno Police Chief Ed Barberini told reporters around 4:30pm Pacific Time on Tuesday that the shooting occurred in a "courtyard area," and that officers responded at 12:48pm, just two minutes after 911 calls were made.

Her social media channels are apparently being shut down or deleted but she still has her website available where she has videos on Veganism and Excercise. Languages have been reported as ranging from English, Turkish, Farsi (Iran). And she has posted how she is upset with YouTube and it's censorship policies, etc.

The timing is curious and I hope only coincidental.

This happened very soon after You Tube stopped carryong firearms videos.

She was an animal rights activist who has posted numerous times about how YouTube was infringing on her right of free speech and keeping her videos from getting any views. She had been mad at YouTube for quite a while.
