I was just like you LRRPF52 when I was waiting on my can to get approved. Maybe me took about 11 months and it was turned in with 1000’s of other form 4’s since it was right before 41p went into effect.

My Form 1 lower was about 4-6 months but I really think it was 4. Mine was a trust

I think they are making the trust approvals longer to get people to stop using them, but you have to do the same crap as a individual. It’s just for passing it on after a death or legal problems now.

Initial paperwork and check submitted to FFL 01/21/2017

Paperwork actually mailed to the ATF once they realized they miss filed it (so they claim) late March 2017

Verified that the check still had not been cashed August 2017, no record of it's existence with the ATF. FFL claims they had a tracking number and a signature. Check cancelled.

Second set of Fingerprints, Passport Photo, check and paperwork submitted to the FFL 10/20/2018 (work prevents getting this done earlier during normal business hours).

Check cashed 11/21/2017

Form 4 Individual approved 09/07/2018

Omega 30 released from jail 09/22/2018.

20 months.

Anyone just get approval on their filing? I am seeing on several sites that the wait time maybe as short as several weeks to two months.
If the wait is only about two months I think it is time for me to look at starting the process. Only reason I have never started the process
before is the very long wait time. Thanks for the info.

I just received mine this weekend...submitted in late March. So...8 months for my SilencerCo Omega.

By and large the average for Form 4 individual or trust is still 200 days.

I purchased a Obsidian 9 on Silencershops website with dates below. Based on the tracker they use, I'm still looking at late March/early April before I have it.

9/6/18 purchased.
9/24/18 check cashed
10/28/18 form 3 sent to local dealer
