Why did the Bear Creek Arsenal Grendel uppers sell out. Sold more than they could build? Sold out to up the price. Was wanting one before deer season closes but it's not looking like they will be back in stock any tie soon.

They are a good upper at a great price. The machine shop makes (some of) the parts and assembles the uppers. The retail side sells them. Right now the retail side is waiting for the machine shop.

Last I looked you can still build one from their parts. In fact I just ordered the parts two days ago for a 6.5 upper from BCA.

It was reported AR Stoner 6.5 Grendel from Midway is now sourced from BCA. Classic Firearms reportedly sells BCA 6.5 Grendel uppers/barrels. Primary Arms also sell BCA, you might check these vendors for availability.

This is probably a contributing factor as to why they are out of stock.
