Thanks for passing on the tradition.
I took my girlfriend's (now) 14 year old son out who had never shot a firearm before and got him behind my .22 LR 40XB about a year ago... graduated to a 5.56 and now to my 6.5x47L. And he surprised me by joining his high school's Air Rifle team last week.

These were filmed with the iphone on a mount behind my spotting scope.
We were shooting 123gr Lapua Scenar factory load, which is very accurate. I've stacked rounds on top of each other at 400yds with it from the Lilja Grendel.

I bet they had a blast! Grendel is ideal for younger shooters.. Massive performance with little to no recoil.
