Father/Son project

6.5 Grendel build. Did a father son project. Built my kid an upper. 18" Christsens Arms carbon fiber 18" barrel, silenco muzzle brake, Noveske vltor upper, Noveske NSR 16.7" rail. I am putting a Noveske lower together next.

That looks great, and it's an amazing way to bond with your son. He'll think of the time you enjoyed together every time he takes out the rifle. It's a quality build too.

It is. He is a builder, into legos and that sort of stuff. Figured that I would peak his interest by building a nice AR. I asked him if he wanted to go out and shoot it with my lower. He said no that he wants to build the Noveske lower for it first.

Next Father/Son project...Reloading. You need to feed the beast! I love reloading with my 11-year old son!
