ASC reportedly acquired their machinery from C-Products LLC via a court battle / legal dispute. C-Products LLC reformed (and retooled) as C-Products Defense. IIRC, AR-Stoner mags are made by one of the aforementioned companies, as are AA mags (though AA supposedly puts the mags through extra QC steps).
So it should be no surprise that the design of all four brands is very, very similar.
I was unaware of any of the above mentioned dustup.

The C-Products to ASC change has been detailed elsewhere in a thread here... ASC is a large magazine manufacturer providing private label (like AR Stoner) and firearms manufacturer labeled (Bushy, AA, DPMS, etc.). They also sell the same product(s) under their own ASC label.
The Wilson 7.62x40WT cartridge is more along the lines of 300Blackout and will function correctly in a 5.56 magazine. The only reason Wilson modifies the Lancer mag is to enable more capacity.
