I am the same way with my eyes. I tend to overglass my rifles, I am actually "concerned" the primary is only a 14x. Case in point the scope in the picture on my 556 AR is a 6-24x30. It is nice not needing a spotting scope to see .22 hits on paper @ 200yrds+
