My 20" 6.5 Grendel zeroed at 100 yards and I have one complete revolution on the turret going down before I bottom out. This is with a Vortex Viper 6.5-20X50 mil dot 30 MM scope. I haven't read where anyone had trouble zeroing at 100 yards with a 20 MOA mount. I knew I wanted to push out past 800 yards so I opted for the 20 MOA mount, just something to consider.
