Do you mean an Osprey gas piston system? If so, I'd vote no.
Just my opinion, but I vote "no" on AR pistons in general because it isn't necessary, adds weight, and still needs to be cleaned anyway. YMMV, my .02ยข and all that.
If you mean an adjustable gas block for a DI system that they make? I've never seen it, so couldn't comment
