As glshooter pointed out on another thread, Black Hole Weaponry provides such a barrel, as the 243 LBC. I have two (one in 223 and one in 264 LBC), and both are excellent barrels. A 3p polygonal bore, they have a reputation for running a tad faster than a conventional rifle cut bore, and are exceedingly easy cleaning tubes. Both of mine are quite capable of sub .5 MOA accuracy.
