No worse than when I loaded a round, got a call, went back to loading and forgot the freaking powder on just one out of a 1000 rounds.
The magnum primer put the bullet into the rifling, I just tapped it out using my carbon fiber cleaning rod and a blunt tip I made from a worn out brush.
I keep that on hand on range days so I can deal with squibs, it even happens on military issue ammo on occasion.
