When I insufficiently adjust my sizing die and lock the action up tight, I've taken to using a ~1/2" polymer dowel and a small mallet to tap against the charging handle. A few medium hits and it loosens up; doesn't take a lot of force. Not a field-expedient solution, but works well in the workshop.
