To sum up my position, I side with freedom every chance, even it means people are uncomfortable with other people having freedom they think is too much...especially in those cases, actually.
Having lived in both environments, I vote with my feet and choose to live in one of the most free States in the world. I don't even visit my birth State anymore due to the violations of 2A and my rights, where I particularly need them among a population of criminals who have been rewarded with freedom, rather than jail sentences.
