There are extra length plates for the PRS, and the cheek piece is excellent for setting up your eye height to optic center. I prefer the stock as short as it will go, but that's me. What's superior about the PRS to many of the bolt gun stocks is that the adjustment positions never fail, and don't rely on screw tension to keep the pieces in place. When you strip out a McMillan cheek piece, you just made a costly mistake. Can't happen with the PRS.
It is a very well-engineered product, in my experience, and the easiest to adjust for me. The cheek piece is the main feature I like that stock for. I have mostly used them on AR10's though. My Grendel's are all lightweight so far.
