Getting the correct length of pull and cheek weld is what it is made for and it does it very well. It has great length adjustment so I'm a little confused why you think it doesn't. A shorter person may find it too long but for my needs it works perfectly. We all come in different sizes and there are lots of choices out there to custom fit our rifles to our unique body parts. The stocks heavier weight helps with stability when shooting precision compared to a lighter stock. By the way I have a big head too.
Compared to the A2 stock, the PRS can shorten the LOP by 0.25" or extend it by 0.75". This ain't a whole lot imo.
