My polishing tools for the feed ramps are very fine, and flexible, like a rubber impregnated with very fine compound. They bring the surface to a mirror shine, like the guy's in the video.
In the Ryobi kit, they are green cone and football shaped tool heads. I like to finish up with white jeweler's rouge on a cotton buffing wheel. No hard grinders should go near the barrel extension and feed ramps.
The .260 Rem in the AR10 has a lot of challenges, mainly with the gas system and firing pin hole diameter. I really need to get mine bushed. I have competed with the Steyr SSG. Magazines are interesting, maybe inspired from the Mannlicher-Schönauer internal rotary magazine.
