Damn man, that's a beautiful pistol... those actions are expensive as hell... not sure I could go that far. I'd love one. I guess the only way you can build a pistol is a virgin receiver. I really wish they had a 3 shot blind mag receiver that was affordable. I know savage makes them but nobody makes a pistol stock for savage competition receivers(that I have seen anyway) they made a pistol for a couple years but I guess they discontinued it because of poor sales. The Savage barrel nut and action would make an awesome switchbarrel pistol. I have shot contender platform pistols and liked them but they are kinda hard for me to shoot because of way they open, that's why I like the break open rifle(I can use both hands). I'm thinking a 16" or 18" handirifle so I can back up inexperienced hunters when I go in the woods with them. Now I'm using a suppressed 223 savage axis.
