Besides safety concerns of slam fires...having consistant chamber loading that wont effect your results. ?.
what I do for my load development, as I load 5 to 10 rounds in my magazines but I keep track of what rounds I have in the magazine. The last round is always just a dummy round for round on hand because I've noticed a point a shift change on the last shot when the bolt locks back. That extra movement causes a quarter of an inch poi change. Also I mark all my loads to keep track
