Nope. Even Alexander Arms' ".26 Grendel" (see Shotgun News, Sept. 2003) was still, basically, a 6.5 PPC. It didn't get its "Grendel" shoulder until the Finns at Lapua got hold of it. I believe David Fortier has the definitive history and, yes, I was there from ALMOST the beginning.
