The fact that it was sold for $60 million indicates to me that something is going on. That's almost twice what DPMS was sold for to Freedom Group, and no way LWRC has anywhere near the volume DPMS did.
Another funny thing is that at SHOT, LWRC introduced a line of "Direct Impingement" AR15's with LWRC's signature component and assembly methods, which I found interesting.
