Guess Satern needs and is responsible to check what there manufactures send them like the bolts that were .130 HS and 2.80 OAL. Also the reamer might have been out of spec. I guess ultimately it is the Manufacture's responsibility to check products they receive and resell, it seems as if they failed a few times lately and it is biting them in the ass.
