Anyone hear of Grendel II using a 6.5x47 Laupa throat?

Am I missing something here? I can see how a longer reamer can make a shorter throat, but how does a reamer larger in diameter make a tighter chamber?

I think he meant -.001" as we went through the math exercise earlier in one of the threads (not sure if it was this one) and determined being .001" under minimum chamber would result in short throat.
