CZ527 precision gunsmith recommendations?

I was lucky that my youngest's CZ527 Christmas present came with the new bolt. It clears the Vortex 4-16x50 FFP well enough for a palm technique. The cheek weld.... er.... jaw weld is enough of a problem that I ordered one of these:

I confess that we are really enjoying leaving expended cases on the ground. That 7.62x39 was 28¢ per round. The projectiles alone for the Grendel are costing me that..... I know.... apples and oranges.... er... dollars and cents.
