Bolt Group Buy - Possible?

Question on Nickle Boron Bolt. Does a bolt coated with nickle boron have different dimensions. does the coating ad to the thickness so that it wont fit in a BCG or is the dimension taken into account
when the bolt is manufactured for Nib coating. sSame question for the BCG as well.

We are going to manufacture some 6.5 bolts coated in Nickle Boron. Nickle Boron is a thick coating. Minimum is three tenths. I have on very well known NiB supplier that wants to put a seven tenths coating on the bolt. So, we have to change our bolt dimensions we make to account for the extra thick coating.
